A new 18,000 square foot, one-story, facility for the Weatherford Chamber of Commerce featuring a new Office and Community Hall. The exterior design implements light colored stone and brick contrasting against a dark metal panel finish. The site design includes a porte-cochere for pick-up and drop-off, as well as an engaging entry plaza. Situated within the taller volume is a generously sized lobby with a stone fireplace and several small gathering areas as well as the Community Hall seating up to 450 people and will be served by an adjacent catering kitchen and table and chair storage for space configuration. The Community Hall is flanked by the Chamber Office Suite and a Community Business Center. The configuration of the facility within the site allows for future building and parking growth to the west. In the initial phase, this heavily-treed area will be utilized for outdoor events.
