Currently in the early concept phase is a 2-story office building for Walsh Ranch. This facility
will provide two tenant suites, a single story 11,300 sf tenant suite and a two-story 15,000 sf
suite with a shared commons area. The design utilizes simple fiber cement panels in varying
colors and curtain wall.
