A new 2,000 square foot office finish-out for Sharp Construction set to open in the spring of 2023. The design was directed
to create a space that will highlight the construction capabilities of the Company. The space provides a modern entry
utilizing hexagonal tiles representing the company’s logo with a large modern conference room. Access is provided
from the office to a shared patio for both second floor tenants who are also the owners of the building.
