Security State Bank & Trust

Schwarz Hanson was approached by Security State Bank & Trust to evaluate an existing 6,000 sf retail building along Vickery Boulevard in Fort Worth. They purchased the building with a vision to transform the space into a new Corporate Office and Bank. Proposed renovations include demolition of the existing roof structure to accommodate a new sloped roof. This will give the building prominence and allow the introduction of generous daylighting via clerestory windows along the primary building facade. Site improvements include two new covered drive-through lanes with ITM machines and teller window access. The guest entry features a Lobby with lounge seating and a teller island for teller interactions. There are 10 banking/teller offices with high visibility to the lobby and teller island. A large conference room and restrooms will be located with immediate adjacency to the lobby. Additionally, there will be an Operations Suite with a dedicated exterior entry, 7 offices, a large break room, and a work room.
