A 3,800 square foot finish-out for the new headquarters of an energy company operating from an early twentieth century, former manufacturing/industrial facility at 329 South Main in Near South, Fort Worth. The existing load-bearing masonry walls were exposed and cleaned, along with the existing structural framing. Exposed duct-work and suspended LED light fixtures complete the space.
