The design being driven by the trapezoidal site overlooking a golf course and the downtown skyline, the solution focused on a strong indoor-outdoor connection while providing multiple outdoor living spaces with privacy but maintaining the views. Use of timeless, natural materials with a modernist influenced design motif created a simple but warm living environment inside and out.
