The new multi-occupant building to be constructed across the street from the historic
Gregg County Courthouse in downtown Longview, will include a 4-story parking structure,
a new veteran’s affairs office, a new elections department office, and new voting rooms
in addition to other future planned office spaces. The parking garage will be built out of
Cast-in-Place concrete and wrapped with Art Deco inspired precast panels with a simplistic
modern flare.
