A revitalization project entails the transformation of a two-story, approximately 100,000 +/- square foot existing facility into a dynamic mixed-use retail/office center. The endeavor encompasses a comprehensive renovation, manifesting in a modernized facade with new solar shade aluminum louvers and an inviting entry canopy into the building core and at all new entrances. The site will be refreshed with new landscaping and equipped with amenities such as EV charging stations and covered parking. Moreover, the interior courtyard will undergo a metamorphosis into a lush landscaped oasis, serving as a coveted amenity for tenants. Two breezeway openings have been created to provide entry access into the landscaped courtyard. Notably, a portion of the facility, totaling approximately 17,000 +/- square foot, will serve as the new headquarters for the esteemed building owner, Frank Kent Cadillac. Central to the renovation is the creation of a grand open-air connection between the first and second levels, achieved through the installation of a monumental decorative staircase, fostering spatial fluidity and architectural harmony within the structure.
