A one-story, 12,600 square foot, Dermatology Office in the City of Benbrook for one of our local clients who has made the 40 under 40 list in the Fort Worth Business Press. The design team had to meet the Owner’s aesthetic style which was influenced by a modern farmhouse motif, while meeting the city’s articulation requirements. The aesthetic requirements were met utilizing painted white brick, white siding, and stone. A covered entrance with a concrete bench makes for an inviting entry while staff can utilize a covered patio in the back. The space also includes a 2,000 square foot leasable space allowing the Owners with future space to grow into.
