A complete transformation of an existing non-descript, one story building at 3301 Hamilton Avenue in the Cultural District of Fort Worth. The two main entries were made more prominent and contemporary with the use of taller facades, cantilevered roof overhang, and back-lit address numbers. Existing, narrow windows were enlarged in strategic locations along with new simulated cedar siding, applied over the existing brick veneer. New paint colors for the existing brick tied everything together. Interior renovations included new finishes and fixtures at the restrooms and other public areas.
