Schwarz Hanson is collaborating on the design of a new Outpatient Clinic for Pecan Valley Centers in Granbury, Texas. The Outpatient Clinic will be completed in Phase I of the phased project, with the ability to expand the building to include future Intake spaces. Future building phases also consist of a new Administrative Office Building. The Outpatient Clinic will span approximately 10,000 SF and will include a new lobby/waiting area, a large meeting room, an outdoor meeting area for clients, and around 20 new private office spaces. Pecan Valley Centers is focused on providing a supportive and functional environment for their clients and staff.
