A new roof, expanded living and patio areas, enclosed office, and fully updated finishes redefine the home’s spatial flow and functionality. Industrial steel beams, minimalist steel windows, and low-maintenance exterior materials express a clean, contemporary aesthetic, while material continuity from exterior to interior blurs the boundary between indoor and outdoor environments.
