A training room, designed to accommodate up to 170 occupants, further supports the company’s operational needs. The exterior material palette features iron ore brick, natural stone, fiber cement panels, wood-tone metal soffits, and a curtain wall system, creating a refined yet durable façade. A prominent entry overhang extends a bold architectural gesture, welcoming staff and visitors into the light-filled lobby. Inside, architectural stairs anchored on concrete platforms integrate planters and seating. The game room extends to an outdoor patio featuring a gas fireplace and a turfed seating area.
