A mixed-use master plan consisting of retail, restaurant, entertainment, office, hotel, and multi-family uses overlooking a lake and another 30 acre recreational park. Project features a boardwalk along the lake edge, green space plaza, urban streetscape shopping corridors, and a parking structure. Design included studies for flexible outdoor event uses, public recreational areas, pedestrian and vehicular traffic flow, service and emergency access points, community connectivity, entry access, and parking strategies. Development of the boardwalk design, and the design standards for the development are ongoing.
