The design of this residence focused on lake views from the interior and back terraces & balcony using a contemporary composition of form and space. Orientation on the partially wooded lot allows natural light but eliminating the harsh summer sun, while inviting it in the winter. The open plan together with the complimentary amenities of a boat dock, pool, and a projection wall make for a perfect lake retreat.
