A 2-story office building in the City of Benbrook for our clients Sharp Construction and TDJ Contractors. Both owners requested a modern office building with their offices location on the second floor with a shared patio. The design team was challenged with providing a creative solution that meets the city’s articulation and parking requirements while maximizing the footprint along all setback lines. Materials used are stone veneer, brick veneer, metallic coated fiber cement siding panels and stucco. A covered parking structure is extruded out of the building entrance allowing for parking for both owners and a few visitors. The large covered second floor patio for the two owners are recessed into the structure with views of the tree covered surrounding on the adjacent lot.
