A 10,100 square foot medical office building in the Clear Fork Section of the Edwards Ranch development for an orthopedic and physical therapy group. The exterior palette included a porcelain tile wainscot, stucco, aluminum storefront, and an architectural standing seam metal roof. Abundant glazing on the south, protected by cantilevered awnings, allows a flood of natural light into the physical therapy area.
