A new 6,000 sf Dermatology Office that takes advantages of expansive views from its hillside perch in front of the prestigious Montserrat Development. The strict design guidelines emphasized inspiration from Spanish heritage of the region and a design of buildings that derive their form from a practical response to both function and climate. Conveying a sense of authenticity and warmth was a critical objective for the design.
