Additions and alterations to an existing three-story residence on a hillside overlooking the golf course of Colonial Country Club. A new guest suite, constructed on the third level, created a new covered entry for visitors with a new stair and landscape planters providing access. Existing wood railings around the front terrace over the garage were replaced with cable railing. The existing wood overhead garage door was replaced with a frosted glass overhead door. The main level, including the kitchen area, was reworked with walls removed for a more open feel. A glass encased wine rack does provide strategic separation. Besides the new guest suite on the third level, the master bath and dressing was completely redesigned. New exterior accent lighting completes the overhaul.
